Chania is the second numerous town of Creta island and one of the most beautiful of Greece. It is built in the position of the ancient Kudonia and is seperated into the old and the new town.
The old town has many sightseeing and interesting places to visit. There the castle of Firkas exists, where the union of Crete and Greece took place in 1913, as well as the old port with the enormous lighthouse at the entrance. Around the sea there are many restaurants, cafes and clubs, where you can enjoy yourselves.
Transportation: Through Hania airport or by ferry-boat from PIRAEUS harbor to Souda harbor. Also by ferry-boat from Gythion (Peloponesse) to Kissamos. And of course from Heraklion airport through the new national road.
